Idriss Hadj Nacer

is a political economist and the executive president of Itri Insights, a strategic advisory firm based in Algiers. An alumnus of the London School of Economics and Political Science and Sciences Po Paris, his work focuses on geopolitical risk, energy and macroeconomic analysis. His current research explores geoeconomics, political economy, systemic resilience and analytical frameworks for understanding strategic competition.
