Montassir Sakhi
is Assistant Professor at the Chair of Transitions – University Mohammed VI Polytechnic (Morocco). He holds a PhD in Anthropology from Université Paris 8 and is an Associate Researcher in the Department of Anthropology at KU Leuven (Belgium). He is the author of La révolution et le djihad. Syrie, France, Belgique (La Découverte, 2023). His research focuses on the transformation of ideologies in the Arab world (Syria, Iraq, Morocco, and Tunisia in particular) and the neocolonial borders of European migration policies.
