Montassir Sakhi

holds a Ph.D. in anthropology from the University of Paris 8, is resident at the Institute for Advanced Studies (UM6P-Morocco) and an anthropologist at KU Leuven (Belgium).
His research focuses on borders, the repression of mobility and the phenomenon of – revo
lution in the Arab world. He is the author of ‘La Révolution et le djihad : Syrie, France,
Belgique’, published by La Découverte (2023).
