RLS scholarship for North African students in Germany

I. Requirements for a RLS scholarship for students:

  • Acceptance of / Enrollment at a German university (approved by the state) or university of Applied Sciences (approved by the state) for a Master-program
  • Curriculum vitae
  • a verification of your political/social/cultural… activities
  • an expertise of a Professor
  • copies of your A-Level, your BA certificate, your Passport and
  • Visa and of your course structure
  • a Motivation letter

We are able to support the standard period of study (“Regelstudienzeit”) plus two more Semester maximum

II. Requirements for a RLS scholarship for PhD-students:
We offer two kinds of PhD scholarship

1. A full PhD-program in Germany

  •  Acceptance for PhD of a German university (“Promotionszulassung”)
  • Curriculum vitae
  • a copy of your MA/Magister/Diploma
  • a verification of your political/social/cultural… activities
  • Two expertise on your PhD project of your supervisors
  • an Exposé including a summary, the topic, theses, scientific relevance, theoretical frame, methods, preliminary studies, relevant literature, an annotated table of content and a timeline for 24 month (max. 10 pages)
  • copies of your Passport and Visa and of your PhD regularity (“Promotionsordnung”)

We are able to support 24 month plus 12 more month maximum.

2. A research stay in Germany

  • Acceptance for PhD of your home university or a letter of your supervisor
  • Curriculum vitae
  • a copy of your MA/Magister/Diploma
  • a verification of your political/social/cultural… activities
  • Two expertise on your PhD project of your supervisors
  • an Exposé including a summary, the topic, theses, scientific relevance, theoretical frame, methods, preliminary studies, relevant literature, an annotated table of content and a timeline for 24 month (max. 10 pages)
  • copies of your Passport and Visa and of your PhD regularity (“Promotionsordnung”)

We are able to support 6 months maximum.
