- Introduction
In the framework of its activities, Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung, North Africa Office needs to contract a printing service provider for printing works of its public materials or printing materials needed by our partners or for SIP needs.
An important element of RLS’s objective is to make the information it produces available to its public.
The objective of this call for offers is to establish a framework contract with such a provider who can assist the foundation with all technical tasks relating to this service.
- Location of work
The work will take place at the contractor’s premises. The sometimes urgent need to print high quality material within a short notice requires hand-delivery of material to and from the contractor’s premises, as well as direct consultation between the RLS and the service provider.

3.1 Photocopying services
It would be an advantage if the successful tenderer could also provide black/white and colour photocopying services.
3.2 Printing services
Three prices should be quoted for each product type based on the following quantity:
- 500 copies
- 1000 copies
- 2000 copies

- Duration
The framework contract will be valid for a period of one year from the date of signature, with the option of renewing it twice for a period of one year each. Based on this, order forms will be issued detailing the specific tasks to be undertaken.
- Selection Criteria
Tenderers should have the necessary financial, economic, technical and professional capacity to perform their obligations under the contract. In particular the tenderer must submit:
- A presentation of the agency stating the experience in the field
- References
- Price of the above mentioned articles
