Day 1 : September 25 — Opening Day يوم الافتتاح

A community kick-off featuring a policy session & debate on agroecological transition and food systems financing, followed by the artistic inauguration of a sculpted wall mural made from foodwaste biomaterials.

Open to all, all day long (10am–6pm): a farmers’ market & peasant seed fair, hands-on workshops (fermentation, bread & sourdough, seed recognition, nutrition, botanical distillation), and continuous documentary screenings.
