Spoken Poetry Night – Words That Carry Us

On Saturday, October 25th, 2025, starting at 6:00 PM, we invite you to an evening of spoken poetry and prose at Rosa Garden.

In uncertain times, poetry becomes a refuge, a way to reclaim our voices, to speak what often goes unsaid, and to find meaning in the act of sharing. This open-mic style gathering is a space for anyone who wishes to share a text, whether it is their own poem or prose, or a piece by another writer or poet who has inspired them. Performances are welcome in Arabic or English.

We encourage participants to bring texts that are engaged with the world, works that speak of a cause, reflect on our shared realities, or carry a message that resonates.

Those who would like to take part as readers are invited to submit their application by Thursday, October 16th, 2025, including their full name, the language of their performance (Arabic or English), and the title of the text and the author’s name. We will reach out to confirm participation once all submissions are reviewed.
